This is a very nice place to take your pets to get a good bath. I've never had an issue with this place. I've always walked in and feel bad when I never set an appointment(never knew I had to do that.... sorry guys). Only issue I have when I go there is getting my boy in the tub and getting the toys he's constantly snatching off of the shelves, out of his mouth🤦🏿♀️. Otherwise, the ladies always help with my walk ins and appointments. They also need bigger towels because I find myself always asking for extra towels to dry this boy.
City of Paws has been so incredible! We have two younger dogs who needed a break every now and then during the day from listening to Zoom calls. Katie comes 3x a week and has not only helped with getting our dogs some exercise but also with some basic leash reactivity training. We've seen a huge improvement with our one dog's confidence levels. Both dogs absolutely adore Katie and we love seeing the cute pictures from their walks.
Thanks to everyone's reviews we went here for diy dog wash. It was easy to book, affordable and I really liked the setup -adjustable temp water and no heat dryer. We have a XL dog that can easily overheat and has sensitive skin so I was so happy to see they carried fragrance free products/usually we have to bring our own. The store is jam packed with unique products and brands that are not at big box stores. Overall we had a great experience and are definitely going to come back ✨🐕
My doggie, Draco, and I just left City of Paws pet care. Karen helped us - showed us to the self service tubs and taught me how to use the sprayer and dryer. She provided us both with towels and a heavy duty rubber apron. This facility is clean and well stocked! Not only did they provide towels, an apron, and a dryer - they also provided about eight types of shampoo and a little nubbed scrubby. I feel like the value out weighs the cost. We will definitely be back for another spa day :) A little word of caution, don’t go overtime because you might end up paying for the next time bracket.
I love using City of Paws for the self serve dog wash. They charge based on the time you book the tub for. Price is very reasonable considering they clean up all the mess for you and provide you with towels, shampoo, and blow dryers. They make it so easy to give your dog a quick bath after a muddy park visit. The staff are also very professional, pleasant, and helpful.
I love coming to City of Paws Pet Care for the self- wash. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the session. I love how you pay based on the time you spent in the baths. This is helpful for me because I will overestimate how much time it will take to wash my large dog in the event she is not as cooperative as I would hope.
Nice variety of pet food, toys and supplies. I love this place for the easy to use, convenient and inexpensive self dog wash station. They provide the soap and towels. They have easy to use dryers as well. Still the best place to bathe your dog, yourself. Great pet store with a wide variety of items!
